For Job Seekers, we offer accessible and inclusive vocational service that engage and empower individuals to overcome barriers to employment, and employees to maximize their potential. We offer Employment Services, Vocational Rehabilitation Services and Corporate Services and take control of their lives and their careers by building self-esteem, providing whole-person support and resources, skills upgrading and employment readiness.
Our mandate includes actively seeking out and providing opportunities to engage in our programming to:
- Persons with Disabilities
- Newcomers to Canada (immigrants and refugees)
- Injured workers
- Laid-off workers
- People who have been dealing with long-term unemployment (greater than 1 year) or socio-economic marginalization
- Mature workers
- Recovery from addiction and/or alcoholism
